Delivery and Return Policy

The return and exchange conditions of products and services purchased through are subject to the following terms and procedures in accordance with the electronic sales contract with the final owner of the product.

Return Policy
1. The performance of the service has not started
2. The product requested to be returned can be resold to another consumer with the same quality and quantity.

4. All kinds of technical support services
5. Products acquired through any third party supply

Return procedure applies the following return procedures within 30 (thirty) business days following the end consumer request, provided that the above-defined return conditions are met for the products and services that comply with the return request described above.

Cash Returns:
For the product for which the return is requested, in addition to the plain state of the product at the time of first sale and/or for any customizations or actual interventions requested by the end consumer and/or for any technical services that require expertise, and Technical support, cargo, bank commission and other operational costs declared by, which cannot be refunded as a result of sudden performance, are deducted from the price collected at the time of sale of the service and/or product and are returned to the right holder in cash. Procedure to be applied in transactions made in foreign currency
